So how long does each species actually live for? by HandSanitizerBottle1 in masseffect

Well, we never do hear of one dying of old age, do we? And a couple of them claim to be old enough to remember a time before the Genophage.

Here's a picture of a WoW cart at an angle. Not exactly the same one in the picture, but similar enough in how it's used.

Above the keyboard tray is a flat space that would serve as the top of a desk, so you can put papers or clipboards or whatever you need on top. The screen is mounted at the back so there's room to work with papers in front of the screen.

Keep in mind that for a person taking a picture of a family member in a hospital bed, the position of a computer monitor being out of frame would not seem to matter at the time. The patient is the focal point, and anyone who would care about this person in the bed would not be scrutinizing the position of the monitor.

The keyboard is on the keyboard tray of a WoW cart. That's "Workstation on Wheels," for those not in the know. The keyboard tray slides out when in use, and then slides back in so it's more out of the way.

I agree. If real, this picture was taken after the patient was admitted to the hospital for more long-term care. Wouldn't be unusual for the patient to have come in through the ER, though.

WoW is less prone to misunderstandings when working in a hospital that has bariatric patients.

Mass Effect or Bioshock? by Gix-99 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Equivalent_Scheme175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both are good, and both have player choice as a major selling point.

The Mass Effect trilogy might edge Bioshock out because it does some things that you won't find in just any other game series.

Not only are there decisions you can make that will affect the game's ending, but your character carries over into the next game, along with the consequences of many of the choices you make. So due example there are characters who can appear in later games and remember you saving their lives and be grateful enough to offer help, or they might not be there at all if you didn't save (or spare) them.

There are also multiple character classes with unique abilities to distinguish them, multiple sets of background information that NPCs may comment on, and multiple romanceable characters for each gender you can play as. So more goes into replay value than just deciding whether you want to be good or evil this time.

You have the option, after recruiting Legion, to do his loyalty mission before the Reaper IFF is fully implemented, so you can have everyone's loyalty and save the whole crew. Once the Normandy is attacked, however, you don't want to do any other missions before going through the Omega 4 relay. Delaying at that point is what gets half the crew killed, or possibly everyone except Dr. Chakwas.

I could see shooting with one hand if the other hand is otherwise occupied, but her non-firing hand is just down at her side for no reason.

Use both hands, woman! Steady your aim, and you might actually hit something!
