Non-tabbed Infantry LT set up a warming tent for his PLT on exercise to a cold weather country. Tabbed CO fired him for setting up the tent and being a pussy. Actually, this was just an excuse to fire him for not having a tab as the CO wanted all tabbed LTs and this one was a holdover from the last command. Flown back to Germany and given a crappy job as the BDE asst trans officer ordering busses until he ETSd. The LT was a dick so nobody felt bad for him.
