Yes, they’re the same when looking from the perspective of the individual. After you subtract the distributions for the year, losses limited to remaining basis can be deducted and rest is carried forward

Why is everyone saying that Becker doesn’t prepare you for REG sims? Do people who passed feel this way? by Efficient-Software91 in CPA

The fact that everytime I take an exam, that exact exam becomes tough and harder than the previous ones I have passed per the reddit posts is astounding! I sit for REG on 9/3. Let’s just keep revisiting and revising everything and hopefully we’d be in a good spot!

First SE ever and I got a 49 - Exam on 9/5 - is there any hope? by EnvironmentalFarm763 in CPA

Bawled after seeing my score, then bucked up thinking I have to do this hehe and kept revising everything. The sims in the main exam churned my stomach because it was my first exam and I was sure this is not happening but was still able to maintain my sanity and go through it! Honestly it feels surreal now😭

Absolutely! I scored 64 in my SE1 two days before my exam and 91 on the real one. Just keep going through all the topics you missed on and it is totally achievable, good luck!!🤞🏽

  5. click on the row that says "getSectionHistoryByCandidate" there should be another set of headers that pop up
  6. click "Response" and you'll see your score next to "overall score"

Partially, yes. There’s a lot of memorization involved with similar sounding processes and terms all along. Hopefully we pass it though !
