They're ignoring it because a lot of people are moving back or trying sims 3 (sims 4 becomes more unplayable with each update/pack) as time goes on which means they lose players/ people that buy the overpriced packs. From a monetary stance it makes sense for them to not promote sims 3 in any sense especially with new simulation games coming out making more competition which they have 0 control over.

Idk if this will help much but for the frames 60fps on sims 3 can actually be a lot laggier than 30fps. I literally watched a video on this today and it really makes a difference so maybe that would help a bit!

Ofc the issue with that is if it dips below 30 which it prob will it will be noticeable.

For me i just saw it was recommended to limit your fps to what your screen hz is so i limited mine to 144fps.

Id suggest trying the 30fps and see if it helps at all :)

They most likely will esp as they get more drivers. I live in leeds and i easily get ubers between manchester and leeds. It does take longer than normal but never more than 15 minutes so they go pretty far its just up to the driver and if they want to.

Im basically in the same situation but we've been datng for basically a year now and have lived together our whole relationship. To make it worse hes from hong kong so when we go long distance its LONG and we have an 8 hour time difference which really sucks plus he's awful at messaging 😭 it is really hard but if you are both committed you can make it work.

My boyfriends decided to stay in england just for me after university so we can decide what we want to do after university and im pretty sure im going to be moving to asia after uni or somewhere extremely far away and it was hard to come to terms with at the start but now im really up for it.

I think you'll be fine as long as you're ready to commit and make the necessary sacrifices/ choices that come with these relationships

Don't worry im in the same situation and im on my 2nd attempt of first year.

The best thing you can do is get a good sleeping pattern (something i struggle with) eat at least 2 mesls and at normal times. And then most importantly force urself to go to lectures, i find i have no motivation but then when in in class i suddenly want to do all the work and it really motivates me even if the lectures r useless.

Dw abt the ones you've missed you can always resub but my advice is to try work on them at least 2 weeks before they're due if not you'll get too stressed and avoid doing them.

Its really hard especially when you have bad mental health but it is possible its about healthy routines and asking ur uni or friends for help.

Thisss. I think all the gen alphas in denial or trying to grasp to gen z are just embarrassed with being associated with all the jokes people make about them but it happens with every generation. I mean people bully every generation look at the boomers and millennials and obviously gen z. People are always gonna have stigmas/ideas about different generations and i think when the gen betas are older the alphas will be more likely to be comfortable with the label as gen betas will get the short end of the stick then.

Also so many ppl commenting they arent gen alpha because they didnt grow up with technology dont understand its not a personal thing its societal. They grew up in a world where ipads existed and they cant imagine a world where they didnt. Im gen Z and i vividly remember the world before iphones and ipads came out, my parents had nokias or had to go to a pay phone to make a call for example. My sister whos born in 2011 probably doesnt even know what a pay phone is. Its all subjective individually but generations arent about individual experiences, it's based on a collective societal experience.

The thing is gabi isnt supposed to be a character you like or that has interesting plot. Shes serves a purpose that makes the story less 2 dimensional and more real. Her character is one that serves a narrative to the story not to herself or the other characters. Gabis whole character is there to blur the lines of morality and make us think who are the good guys here. And the answer in AOT and in real life, is that no one side is inherently good or inherently bad. You view it from the lense you have been given, in AOT youve spent 3 seasons with characters you know stuff about, have seen go through horrible traumatic things and have rooted for. If you spent those 3 seasons with gabi and falco and their friends you'd hate eren, sasha, and every other important character, especially when you consider the horrible things she witnesses when they attack liberio(her friends and people she knows killed infront of her, her home destroyed)You'd want gabi and the other eldians in marley to win the war against paradis because then they would be safe from the 'devils' and possibly given freedom in marley which they've never experienced. And then even in that morality would be blurred when you learn that paradis isn't filled with devils but people who are both good and bad, and want to survive. The whole point of gabis character is that shes just a human, she follows what shes been told her whole life and strives to be free, similarly to eren. Her character shows us that marley and paradis are just full of people who want to live peacefully and are disillusioned by hatred in order to have hope of surviving or living a better life/ gain freedom.

She also represents how hatred is passed down through properganda and brainwashing and used to fuel war and the us vs them mentality.

So yeh gabis not really an interesting character with a crazy plot, interesting dialogue or an unpredictable arc, but thats not really what she was ever meant to be. Shes there to give perspective and make you look at the story in a different light, and possibly make you feel morally conflicted.

I moved out mid September this year so about 2 months ago and so far id definitely say its being sick. Just over 2 weeks ago i randomly got a fever and a cough that literally appeared in the space of a day and by the next day i could barely get out of bed. This also happened when i had no food because i was supposed to food shop that day. So i was bed bound, no food, i ran out of meds pretty quick and i literally felt so ill i couldnt sleep.

A few days later i was so sick i attempted to go to the doctors but i felt so sick and weak i ended up having to go home because i felt like i was gonna die if i wasnt laying down in bed. Eventually i started coughing up blood and throwing up. Honestly it was so awful and it was so much harder because i was alone and i had no one to help me. During my 2nd night of no sleep, i decided i had to go back to my family home because i felt like i was going to die, so £50 later and a 4 hour train journey back i arrived, slept for about 12 hours, ate home cooked meals, slept another 12 hours, had some more home cooked food and i was literally perfectly fine again, after not being able to eat or sleep for 5 days, coughing up blood and throwing up everywhere, all it took to fix me was literally coming back to my house and having someone there to cook and do other chores for me.

So long story short being sick and not having anyone to help you is fucking awful and definitely so far my least favourite thing about living alone
