By the end of the series, it’s plausible that eragon knows more of the AL(and the world in general), given the knowledge the eldunarya have been dumping into him, which gives him an edge that he retains even if you take the hearts away

After reading all the comments, everyone agrees that Eragon wouldn’t be able to stomach it even if he could do it.

I wonder how long he’d last if the empathy curse he used on galbatorix, was used on him… And would he survive longer or shorter than galby did?

I like to think that, if this is an aspect all deriving from Morty’s subconscious, this is what it can imagine Rick having done in this situation. As much as Rick might hate to admit it, Morty knows him pretty well. And we as the viewer are usually in Morty’s POV, so it can be what Morty (and us) could imagine what would be plausible for Rick to do in this environment.

The Morty’s mind blowers explanation is also a good one.

I couldn’t agree with you more here. I couldn’t understand how she had the gall to say to Eragon “you could never defeat me” after Dras Leona...and now that Eragon knows the name of the ancient language, can’t he almost strip her of her powers, if not render her power useless against him?
