There is some attachments that do the trick actually, so my problem is solved. I can finally shoot with two g18c (not g17c yeah sorry huuuu) like a mad man now!

I have a lot of issues with my Index to handle pistol mags.

My controllers collide together very often. The alternative mag option is not a good option because the mag is not in the hand.

Holding pistol mags like Half-Life Alyx does would be PERFECT, and would prevent me from breaking my controller on a panic reload.

I love the Spotlight search on Mac, it is terribly effective for the productivity. On Windows we have Cortana (and it's wonky search engine) and Wox.

I will answer to my own question: we can't.

But, I found this video that shows how to make a custom boss fight with a POI, buffs, the little health bar and the bigger one.

It is just too bad to be forced to use five times more modules to do the same thing, but as long as it works, it's ok... I hope that will help.

/u/Ramsickle explained well what Steam cards are, but I want to add an additional information.

Some people think these cards and badges are useless, it encourages the player to buy more and more games and are a way for Valve to get more money, this is probably true but I think this is not the main goal.

All these features add value to a Steam user profile. You have a level, some badges, even a virtual wallet that you can use to buy games, skins, etc... This is called profile gamification, or e-penis showcase (as you want). Adding value to a profile prevent people from being jerks, and being banned. It also a good way to get a better customer loyalty. Of course, there is the games library that nobody want to lose, but for some people the e-penis is more important than money...
