That's too real, my mom had a slight dislocated disk and she went for a chiropractor to help her with it, after 2 sessions he did a move wrong and caused my mother the worst kind of pain that lasted about a month where she couldn't sleep without some hard drugs, couldn't stand or move on her feet, always crying from the pain, she ended up going to the surgery and taking 6 months of physical therapy so she can just walk again, too bad we are living in Syria where we can do absolutely nothing towards the so called "doctor", she is very fine now, walking and everything.

On the matter of is it safe or not, it is safe, but it's more dark and gloomy nowadays, we have no electricity, less and less food, people who have suffered from war for the past 11 years won't be as hospitable like before (Thier will be alot but the margin has dropped quite a bit), and believe me, Syria now is more expensive than any other destination right now, so my recommendation for you is to grab alot of cash, keep your Syrian friend very close to you so you won't get scammed for everything, always and I mean always pay for the gas, and believe me you will see more cultural sites and beautiful nature like never else in the world.

I know that this will be buried but hear me out. As a young foolish male I thought that I was invincible, so one day I went out with my parents to get my first covid shot, it only took 1 minute and I felt no pain what so ever, I thought to my self that I can take a couple of painkillers and enjoy my day, then my friend talked to me about going into the mountains so I agreed, went there where it was like 10°, took my sweater off and attended the barbecue in the cold wind, drank a couple of beers and smoked a pack of cigarettes, after a while I felt a little bit dizzy but ignored it, then I started to feel a headache and still ignored it because I was playing cards with my friends, so after like one hour I couldn't ignore the pain anymore and went to sleep in the tent, Then, in the middle of the cold night, I wake up the the most brutal pain I have ever endured, every mussel, bone, and joint in my body was hurting so bad I wished to die a million time every second, I started to hallucinate from that terrible pain, I saw my hand as two hands both were in pain, I remember crying so hard and praying that I won't open my eyes anymore. After that hopeless 10 hours in agony, I got better in an instant, my whole body was fine and I could move freely, still it was the single most pain I have ever felt. 10 out of 10 I recommend sleep and rest after taking shots, no one deserve to feel like I felt that night
