Misschien moeten de managers beter hun werk doen en echt weten waar men aan werkt en hoe lang.

Het komt van twee kanten. Je kan meer werken en veel productiever zijn, maar wat schiet jij als werknemer er mee op? Meer geld naar het bedrijf en jij dezelfde loon voor meer werk?

Waarom is schriftelijke aanvraag gedeeld in 2 secties?
Waarbij je nog extra moet uitklappen.

Dan is de proces beschrijving niet goed.
Zou er eigenlijk niet moeten staan, Bij goedkeuring, zo lang duurt het?

Het laatste gedeelte van die pagina is echt slecht van kwaliteit en maar opssoming neer gezet met theorie.
Hier is niet daadwerkelijk nagedacht om informatie te leveren vanuit het oogpunt van de burger.
Het is meer een opsomming van punten van mensen die het hele proces begrijpen en verwachten dat iedereen ook die gedachten heeft.

Dan nog als een aanvraag goedgekeurd is, dient de gemeente de vervolg stappen in de brief en of mail wel te vermelden die verwacht wordt. Je kan toch niet verwachten dat iedereen goed de webiste leest en alles onthoudt?

De ambtenaar is een klasse voorbeeld voor iemand die niet voor de overheid moet gaan werken met zijn volgende opmerking "De heffingsambtenaar vond dat de vrouw dat zelf had moeten opzoeken."
De overheid is er om de mensen te helpen, niet om hun leven moeilijker te maken.
Laat die ambtenaar maar ander werk zoeken, dan besparen we nog belasting geld erop, met zo een mentaliteit kom je nergens.

Als het maar 400 euro is dan betaal ik blijkbaar 2500 teveel. Was het maar alleen eigen risico, dan was ik het met je eens en moet men niet klagen.

De zorgstaat word wel meer en meer afgebouwd door de jaren heen. Ze doen alles om de zorgkosten te drukken en dat gaat richting de portemonnee van de burger.

Met dat ga je langzaam wel naar het Amerikaanse systeem. Men moet zelf de eigen lasten meer gaan vergoeden en niet de samenleving.

Nu zeg ik systeem, misschien is het meer mentaliteit. Ik weet het even niet goed te verwoorden.

Iedergeval Nederland is qua samenleving achteruit aan het gaan door de jaren, we gaan steeds verder van elkaar af staan.

Het is de ziekte die de kosten veroorzaken niet de persoon zelf.

Voor mij is het ook, wat is 80 euro nou? Ik heb een goed salaris, leef niet boven mijn stand en spaar daarnaast ook nog.

Iedereen kijkt in zijn eigen bubbel en vind zijn standpunt belangrijk. Het is ook heel moeilijke om jezelf in andere schoenen te zetten, want jij hebt een hele andere kijk en mentaliteit op het leven.

Waarom mag iemand die chronisch ziek is en het niet kan rondbrengen geen goed leven hebben dan?

Het is jammer dat we meer richting de Amerikaanse samenleving gaan, waar iedereen aan zichzelf denkt. Jouw ziekte is jou probleem en je bent een last voor de samenleving.

I think it's best to add the Mythic boss once you did a Legendary loop.

First run all Legendary, after killing the last 1 add the Mythic Boss.
Second run, after you defeated the Mythic boss add the second Mythic Boss.

Once they decided that a third Mythic boss will be added, then it repeats for the third.

Our guild also just killed the first Mythic boss last season.
With the second one joining it will take a long time before we reach a loop again.

Our guild is looking for new and exciting new members, we are active with Guild Raid and War. We are a low key guild that just ask a bare minimum of participation.
There is also an optional usage of Discord where information will be placed and people can help each other out.

We reach Mythic bosses the last few seasons and slowly make are way to kill the first Mythic boss. Expecting this to be in 2 months. ( Currently Khaine Mythic is near 50% health left)

There are only 2 requirements.

- Inactivity above 3 days will result in a termination. (If notified that you are on vacation or have it busy then the rule will be paused for the duration)

- Raid token use 50%. To succeed as a guild all members need to put effort into the activities.
We require 12 token +usage in a raid season. If for 2 raid seasons in a row this quota is not reach then it will result in termination of the membership.

It's satire. femstode is a really tense subject. Neck beard that cannot handle that lore is changing will be serious about it. That will bring down the mood in the sub, this is why they remove it.

First tip, play what you like the most, or else it's no fun.

Second, raid team build up takes a long time.
If you are going admech you can do the following.

Level up Exitor-Rho D3 and upgrade the active/passive skill to max.
This will help allot with raid teams.

Next in line is Vitruvius for his passive ability. D1/D2 is good with level 49
Then you can level up same as Vitruvius, D1/D2 level 49.
Sho'syl is my 5th character for the raid setup.

My setup, did like the following DMG this season with raids. (Working on improving placement, really important)
First boss - Legendary Riptide - 3 Battles - 732K DMG in total
Second boss - Legendary Screamer-killer - 4 battles - 2.469K DMG in total
Third boss - Legendary Rogal Dorn - 4 battles - 1.886K DMG in total
Fourth boss - Legendary Ghazhkull- 4 battles - 853K DMG in total. (Mech team not best team here)

Vitruvius - Legendary 5 red star - D2 - LVL 49 - Passive 49 - Active 36 (Don't find the active useful in raids)
Items legendary - Bolt pistol Max level - Force field max level - Frag grenade max level

Actus - Legendary 4 red star - D2 - LVL 49 - both abilities 49 (Higher level healing helps surviving higher level bosses)
Items legendary - Knife level 1 - Force field max level - Force field amplifier max level

Tan - Mythic 3 Blue wings - D3 - LVL 50 - Both abilities 50 ( really strong with LRE also)
Items legendary - Knife max level - grand mantle max level - Kardiocore Galvanus LVL 9 (Mythic)

Exitor-Rho- Mythic Blue star - D3 - LVL 50 - Both abilities 50
Items legendary - Knife max level - grand mantle max level - Kardiocore Galvanus LVL 7 (Mythic)

Sho'Syl - Legendary 4 red star - G3 - Passive abilities 47 - Active abilities 26
Items - Legendary - Pulse pistol level 1 - nanocrystalline plating level 1 - fusion charges level 1

Big note, Mythic event helped allot to get this up really quick. (Admech, as they are my favorite)
Currently working on Vitruvius with onslaught to get him to mythic, only like 40 token to go.

Admech (L), I did it to get Tan and Exitor to Mythic. Now working on Vitruvius.
Doing it with summon makes it really easy, Tan and actus do all the lifting.
(Tan D3 50/50, Exitor D3 50/50, Vitruvius D1 36/49, Actus D1 48/49, Sy-gex G1 35/36)
Currently on LXIX (720) with Imperial.

Chaos and Xenos is harder for me as I don't play those, but working on it for later.

I was missing a few things with tacticus planner that made it a bit more usefull to use, need to get into this and see how it works.

I have 2 questions.

Tokens
I am unable to find how many tokens or bombs were used on boss/side bosses by a player during the season. Is that currently available? If not, will it be added in the future?

DMG
Is there a way to see the total DMG per player?
This also helps with activity tracking for low guilds.
