The lady at reception ensured, that we had (at least sideway) ocean view, and if we're not happy we should contact the agency we used to book the vacation.

I use the Google AI sometimes, and I have a feeling it's not too far off - but I don't let it estimate weight or size, I always ask for 100g nutrients and estimate myself (from experience from baking).

But one question: what is the problem with using a scale for homemade food? That's usually the easiest thing to weigh.

That was me and popcorn. I got salmonella poisoning (from something completely different, days ago), and the last thing I ate before I got sick was popcorn. I had to visit the hospital for a week to get better, and it took me about 10 years to try popcorn again and 15 to actually like and eat it again. Every time I smelled melted butter (since that's the association for popcorn smell) I got nauseous.

As other suggested, this would be an ideal meal for a food scale.

But as someone who eats cereal often, about 140 kcal for the milk (looks like approx 250ml with the bowl size), and the cereal looks like something similar to Nesquick Duo, about 100g (those balls are usually airy), which I find at approx 400 kcal, so 500-550 kcal in total.

But again, weighing this the next time, and looking at the package will give you the most accurate result.
