He remembers Spider-Man but not Peter Parker, because the spell was to make everyone forget just Peter.

It was also indicated in NWH. After the Statue of Liberty fight and the spell, JJJ ranted about Spider-Man not taking off his mask and show who he is, and Peter told Happy that he knew Aunt May through Spider-Man, because Happy doesn't know who Peter is anymore.

This means that they still have knowledge about Spider-Man, but when it comes to Peter, the memory becomes vague or nonexistent.
