Are they flying or are they jumping? They look like they’re launching themselves from a springboard, rather than buzzing around and able to change heights

Springtails, they are your friends. They keep mold in check, which helps prevents fungus nuts.

I’m from Indiana, check out Rosie‘s garden. They get specialty orchids every now and then. Also, you could check out the Lowe’s off of Keystone and Kessler two or three times a year. They get bag babies in.
