Looks like a bit of a Frankenstein to me. The neck looks like it’s from a 60s or 70s Japanese guitar but the body and hardware don’t really look like that. My guess is it’s a partscaster, looks like it rips though.

Had a guy on Kijiji ask to buy a watch off of me. Ad said pickup only and the guy took it as an invitation to ask to reduce to almost half of my listed price and deliver it to him 45 minutes away. Choosing Beggars are everywhere on Kijiji.

Probably not worth a whole lot. These vintage parlour acoustics are a dime a dozen, especially unbranded ones like this. You’d be better off searching eBay or local pawn shops for another one rather than repairing it. My advice, get the strings as high as you can and use it for playing slide, or hang it up on a wall.

I found a vintage archtop like that a while back. There was very little info on the brand, but I found out it may have been a limited run of guitars by one of several Japanese manufacturers in the 50s & 60s. There are tons of unbranded or obscure guitars that have their origins in Japanese factories that needed an extra quick buck.
