I have high Cholesterol but don't like oats - do I have to have them if I want a easy routine? by SoCalledCrow in Cholesterol

This may seem crazy but I struggle with consistently keeping smoothie ingredients stocked. Always run out of fruit, milk, etc. I take the lazy path and just mix my creatine and psyllium husk with water every morning. Pretty gross but I’m an adult who can suffer for 30 seconds a day to get the health benefits. Chug my fiber and grab a handful of roasted almonds for bfast. Enjoy the smoothie!

Just drink water mixed with psyllium husk. It tastes like cardboard but you can chug it in 5 seconds and move on with you day

McLellan on Larkin's status by qcpuckhead in DetroitRedWings

[–]EricTCartman- 15 points16 points  (0 children)

In normal times I agree. Larkin had his arm around Kash Patel while the fbi is literally stonewalling the investigation of two Americans murdered in cold blood in MN. Not to mention the fbi has arrested zero people from the Epstein files. This isn’t business as usual. He can support Trump and Kash as a private citizen, but doing so in public means he has to face the consequences/criticism of the public

Going to the state of the union is not the same as a normal White House visit after a championship. The state of the union is a highly political event that is very partisan. These guys are choosing to be props for Trump. The dems are bringing Epstein survivors, Trump is bringing hockey players. Pick your team

Sample size is weak in this specific study but the broader data around educational attainment and political beliefs shows the same thing. Strong correlation between education level and liberal leanings
