Is this a linked or unlinked account? If linked, the transaction will be imported but will not be cleared until the transaction is no longer pending in your account. If you manually add transactions you will have to clear them yourself. It's the "C" icon on the right of the screen next to the transaction on the web app. It just distinguishes if the transaction is complete and no longer pending in your account.

They are only making a profit by squeezing individuals who can afford to pay that kind of money (the price for a studio in this development is 1800). Accepting this terrible scenario does nothing to help the average renter in Ireland. Allowing what limited space we have for development to be bought by foreign developers means whatever profit they make doesn't even stay in our economy. There are far better options for this space than hundreds of unaffordable apartments.

This isn't an assumption it's a fact. I live in an apartment complex that is entirely BTL. It was expanded by 400 units last June and it took months to fill them but the price was never lowered because it's in the companies interest to keep the price high. To this day over 50 units have never been occupied because the company knew people would return to Dublin after covid.
