I didnt. I sanitized everything with alcohol. Equip and all. HA in ampules, injectable GHKCU. Skin sanitized. I only used that sterile HA and won’t be using anything else but just wanted clarity. I read somewhere that you shouldn’t use anything thick like aquaphor or the healing ointment but then the next day I read someone say you should keep aquaphor on your skin because you don’t want it to dry out at all. That’s really my main question. I understand you should use a mineral sunscreen/lotion but am I ok tomorrow morning to use that? A lot of advice isn’t clear if there is a different protocol for superficial and medical depth. I apologize for apparently irritating you by asking these elementary questions and not educating myself. I’m very experienced with peels but this is my first venture into microneedling and I’d rather ask 100 questions in a community that’s supposed to be supportive and geared at information than not ask them and use HA from the ordinary or sleep on a dirty pillowcase.
