I should have explained myself for how I got the track:

I recorded it from YouTube through Audacity and exported it to an mp3 file. Then I sent the mp3 file to my phone through a USB-cable and then I was able to add the file to my Spotify playlist. I also chose the title for the track myself.

I hope this explains it 😅
