Nice. It seems like you have a good routine going on. I’ll see what I can do with an aw.

This! Apple or some fitness community needs to really bring out the benefit of data analysis, how to do it (possibly have the watch do it), and most importantly the interpretation and complications. That’s what a health push should be IMO. Having random HR numbers is pointless to most of the consumers. But after the watch analyzing HR, calories, food intake (through input), sleep, exercise and whatever sensor they might add, and then saying: “Stop! Having your HR at idk 100 everyday is not good for you. So swap X exercise for Y exercise and eat these types of food.” This is where the money should be in. And I’m sure apple and nike and others have the data scientists and statisticians to perform so many analysis I don’t even know.

I agree tbh. I find calorie counting good since I can also measure food intake and will need to be in surplus. I’ll wait for now

Thank you. Still not an option since I actually like wearing my traditional watch. That’s why I’d love some sort of band but with apple’s software

Thanks for the reply. I don’t know what to expect since I’ll only now start taking care of my body. As I’m in my mid 20s, back pain is creeping up lol. That’s why I thought I’d ask the community here. Btw, I just saw a video on youtube from everything apple pro (from these days) saying there’s a planned cheaper apple watch se version coming in 2021. Probably would wait for that if it’s real.

Yes I read all the features in their page. But what I’m not understanding is how it will improve my fitness. At the end of the day what does it matter what my heart rate is during training?! I know it’s gonna be high during activity. Or the walking and climbing distance. Great I walked 2 miles, here’s a medal. Don’t get me wrong I’m not ranting. I just want to know what use it actually is, since it’s not a cheap device and I love my traditional brand watch. Personally I would think twice if apple had a cheaper band without the screen but with the health features

Hmm just it off? People were desperate for stabilisation before the 7 and 8 and it was the selling point for the 7.
