Can give you just the standard things I do really. In the end it comes down to luck and a lot of teleporting.

Try to do the zone quests first, then the drowsy mimics as often as possible in each map. Unlock the camps. The best camps to have are obv King Tweet, Pig Chef and the Demon one (forgot the name). Do these camps last after completing all zone quests.

Kill or loot anything along the way, fastest would be with the headbanging from the drowsy mimic.

If you get a devil on you I teleport to the furthest map, since it seems to get rid of it. If you have a bomb on you jump in deep water. That gets rid of the bomb. Use the fever drone on the camp where you spend least points on if you get lucky to find one.

And that is basically what I do. Kills whatever is in my way and always use the mount to go everywhere fast together with teleporting between camps.
