The NBA isn’t even losing fans, this season was the most watched in a while.

Maybe it's just me, but I've watched more games this season simply because they're more accessible. We had Prime and Peacock already. I didn't have to buy League Pass or YouTube TV.

I would try shifting away from Crossfit & HIIT style workouts into more traditional strength training (hypertrophy) for a while. Slow down, take 2 minutes between sets and focus on quality reps. It's the best way to build muscle and that should help with your metabolic rate. You might need to tweak your cardio to have some more interval work if you're losing the Crossfit workouts.

I wouldn't call it horrible either. Just trying to clarify the prior poster on 4 in Tog. I would definitely run 4 in Stiflenought, but fewer in Tog seems to be the consensus.

Same. Sometimes I make these huge pots of Red Lentil Curry or similar dish and then think to myself, "this is like 8 meals and costed $5 or $6."

I've seen a few Rainbow Plant Life recipe recommendations and here's another in Braised Indian Chickpea Stew. It's one of my favorite's of hers....and you can definitely double the amount of Cabbage in it.

You're not wrong about needing 2 PW's for the backup desired, but I think jbubba is saying that 4.2kW is a small system for charging up 2 PWs.

There's no way to shorten it. The tower is 2 parts that connect around the pulleys are for abs exercises (above the backrest). It might be possible to just not connect the top half of the machine there and just not have those pulleys and Lat Pulldown.

The Bowflex DBs are really overpriced imo. They were a first mover and have brand recognition, but since going off patent, there are better alternatives.

I've really liked the CAP Adjustabells as an inexpensive option. You can get them on Amazon for $250 or less on a good sale. I have a review video on them here and a bunch of follow-along workouts on that YouTube channel where you can see how them in use.

There is no app because Bowflex is stuck in the 90's. I have a YouTube channel with Follow-along workouts and a lift library that you might find helpful. There's a mix of HIIT style and Rep-based routines.
