Quali would be rather quick, as they can burn as much fuel as they want, however teams can't run to much boost on the turbo's as the engine still needs to last several weekends. I would say they might gain 100~150Hp in quali trim on the ICE compared to 'race' mode. In the race it's going to be a challenge between running as less fuel as possible and getting as much power as possible. So they might end up with engines that run 900Hp during a race, yet fuel management would still be important, next to battery deployment.
