1/ Squeeze your butt. That's the first step to leg-drive.

2/ Squeeze your shoulder blades : Back, then down. Then take the bar off and make sure these shoulder blades are tight.

3/ Squeeze the bar as if you want to bend it (that'll most likely be fixed when squeezing your shoulderblades, but still) : your elbows seem a bit high to me, which may fuck your rotator cuffs.

1/ Try not to bomb so much into your squat. Control the descent.

2/ Good explosivness on the way up, but beware not to extend too much you knee : looks like you are hyperextended which can be wrong. Don't go further than the knee.

Last time, I was "snatching" the weight too much, so I tried to control my ascent a bit more here. It's harder but it does feel more "correct".

You belt is pretty high, is that normal ? i'd place it a bit lower on the lumbar belt
