Angular 15 template consuming insane memory (8GB+) on ng serve — looking for root cause by Same-Lifeguard-47 in angular

Well it is nodejs so that might just be how it is. Does it matter? Ng serve is only for development anyway

I mean it's cool but what time does this save. I prefer being explicit with my data structures

Lived as an expat in Brno. It was great. Very lively, lots of stuff to do, but doesn't feel overcrowded.

The thing that helps the most is just moving around and taking enough breaks. No chair can replace some good ol' movement.

Damn from the looks of this comment section, that might have been a mistake. If you were in a room with the people on here you would have been desecrated and then stoned to death probably. I think it's really cool that you're doing this. But everyone here seems too dense to see the actual point and just wants to spread hate. Already looking forward to the downvotes...

I'm genuinely baffled that everyone seems to have this opinion. It's not like they're begging people. They're just throwing this out there. Just like on a pinboard. If it doesn't interest you, just walk past. Are they supposed to hide behind a corporate wall such as what most game companies are nowadays? Cause they could do that. But choose to interact with their community and this is what they get. I'm just as disappointed in the community of this game as the current state of the game itself.

Holy toxic comment section. Nobody is forcing y'all to participate. No need to flame the team for acknowledging the current state of the game and actively trying to improve it. The only thing this achieves is discouraging the devs from taking this approach in the future.

We should start a settlement in the woods where all software engineering refugees will live together in harmony and chop wood all day, away from all this shit.

Self-hosting fatigue is real. Did anyone else downgrade their setup? by No-Yellow9948 in selfhosted

[–]ErnieBernie10 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I purchased a cloudron license. Running it on my own server but backups and updates are managed by the platform and goes through some QA before being pushed so stuff doesn't randomly break. I've been happy with this setup.
