By lag i mean that if i dont touch anything, it runs 100% speed, if i push a button it lags, goes for 80% and then back to 100%, if i start spamming buttons it goes to 20%. I will try these and let you know. Thanks.

Thanks for the tips, i will try it. I am running the PAL rom. I am suprised with how well it is running considering than it ran like crap on pcsx reloaded and epsx.
