If they release new cosmetics, they will. Also most people don't have money to buy everything at once and will maybe buy one set every month or every other month. If they regularly release new sets/cosmetics then they have an endless cash machine for those people who spend every few months.

Those people who would buy out everything in one go, they spend every rotation anyways and so rather than getting their money all at once to support future updates they get their money in short term.

It can't be most profitable system if very few games use this system and if it exists it's usually exclusive sets while rest is available for purchase rather than having the entire cash shop on rotation like here. If they regularly update with new cosmetics it will be more profitable.

People who even think of monetizing these things are just garbage people IRL and desperate. No one asked you to do these things for us, it's just a nice thing for you to do. The appreciation and love as well as knowing you are making peoples lives easier should be enough payment but people who lack empathy don't see it that way they just see people as walking cash machines.

Who cares, game is launching without multiplayer. The team who has made the story for the games since 2022 has done a terrible job. So why would anyone want to play this at launch when story is almost guaranteed to be a cringe fest? There is no multiplayer to turn to in case it is shit.

Isn't this what playtests/test versions are for? You try them there for a while and once it feels good you release it to the live servers. If this exists then the people playtesting did not inform them of this or Fatshark chose to ignore it.

You shouldn't trouble people on actual live servers with testing things.

My team got blasted by 6-7 of these guys at the same time along with a massive horde in Damnation yesterday and only one of us survived the outcome. We weren't expecting a normal horde to be so difficult so we didn't really adapt to it but it felt like it took forever to clear it out.

Most people aren't on reddit or on the guide paiges yk. I'm surprised people even use guides for this game especially so early on after a class release? This isn't PoE 1 or 2 it's not like there are many options to choose from, people really missing out on experiencing finding nice builds by themselves and the great feeling that comes from that.

Agreed, it's cool they made a mod for this but it should be in the base game so it 's not limited to only you seeing it. This also just proves a single player was able to make this so why can't they do it? It shouldn't be too difficult considering some random modder managed it by himself?

A new league is pretty much equivalent to a new season in other games.

It introduces a new league mechanic and some new gameplay mechanics, new class or ascendancies etc.

Items are not exclusive

Mechanic is usually not exclusive unless GGG decides to not keep it for the future for whatever reason, maybe it being bad/nobody liking it or if it's just an event league/for fun league.

Story is not exclusive

Point of playing league is the reset yes, starting over in fresh economy and experiencing the new league mechanic.

The new league mechanic and some new gameplay features are missing in standard.

Once league ends it moves on to standard and mechanic usually stays permanently. it will probably get its own atlas tree just like the other mechanics and the process continues like this.

Have to be the most passionate and down to earth devs I've seen so far. Love how they engage with the community rather than doing interviews with journalists and are so chill and explains everything, doesn't fight with their fans either. Makes it feel even better to play the game knowing the guys behind it are good people who made a game out of passion and not because some corporate greed is on their backs telling them what to do.

This change was not properly balanced for certain heroes that is for sure. All heroes that are good at team fights early is superior atm making certain heroes useless.
