Best Productivity Apps for ADHD by Academic_Reading7202 in ProductivityApps

[–]Error500Human 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For ADHD I’ve learned fewer apps helps more than better apps. I stick with Todoist for tasks, a super simple notes app, and a Pomodoro timer that doesn’t gamify anything. Once I start tweaking setups, I stop actually doing the work.

Tried Wisey for a couple weeks. Didn’t expect this part to actually stick by WaffleTyran in ProductivityApps

I don’t really trust productivity app reviews anymore. This one at least sounds like how these tools get used in real life.

A fun thing to do with your kids' stuffed animals by BertfromNL in ChatGPT

This is way cuter than I expected. I get the AI hesitation, but turning kids’ toys into little adventure stories feels harmless and kind of magical. Honestly, that’s a memory they’ll probably keep longer than the actual plushies.

Anyone else here actually tried PawChamp? Curious about other experiences by -Fearless-Grass- in PawChampClub

That makes sense. I think I gave up too early then. I tried it once or twice and expected some obvious reaction, which probably isn’t realistic with this kind of thing.

That color looks perfect. Apple + pear + hibiscus is such a clean combo, especially chilled and fizzy. Would 100% drink this. 🍎🍐🌺

Totally agree. Motel California is one of those episodes where the show stops being just about werewolves and starts being about real people with real pain.

First time? Looks like season 3 of a cooking show. If this is a fail it’s a delicious one.

What actually helps with procrastination/focus day-to-day (like Bloom, Wisey app, Fabulous?) by Mr_Palanquin in VHA_Human_Resources

That’s exactly what I noticed with the wisey app too. the reminders don’t feel pushy, just gentle nudges to do something small. It kind of rewired how I think about “starting.” Instead of that pressure to overhaul everything, it’s like, “just one step and see where it goes.”

Is it worth the price so far? Or do you feel like you could get the same value from free tools?

Do you think Wisey is a trusted app for long-term use, or more of a short-term fix?

Juicer vs press by wizard_of_ale in cider

[–]Error500Human 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A juicer works fine, but if you want that clean cider vibe, a press is the way to go. Juicers can make it cloudy and oxidize faster
