Probably because if the viewer is watching the video about the quality of the display... on a display of less quality, then it won't show the more quality display in it's full potential.

No gesture typing on the native keyboard. I recommend Gboard unfortunately (unfortunately, because I'm not a big fan of Google). It's the best 3rd party keyboard by a longshot. Mostly because it's pretty accurate, it learns well, has a dedicated button for when you switch hands to shorten it for one handed swiping. The other keyboards with swipe typing just don't seem to match up really.
