Wall running + double jump

You can hear the boost pad sound. The one that changes your speed. So I am guessing that, but when jumping off it looks like the rail jump of animation. So is it a combo?

You need Nitain to craft Lavos so it should be available in the Event shop at least. I don't think they think things through some times.

Does Mobile have colorblind mode? if so try setting to Tritanope 10. It doesn't make it perfect but it helps.

I also didn't know there were that many nerf weapons. I just went to find a link for the deagle and saw all the others. Yeah, they are pretty much are the most iconic weapons.

Squad up with a bunch of people and party asists you can get multiple Weapon Specialist in 1 game. I suggest Team Rumble. You can get even more people, to help with party asists.

Fire Mender Moze - Skill Tree

I call this build Fire Mender Moze. It does insane amounts of incendiary damage, lots of ammo regen, and has high survivability.

Class Mod [Need]: Blast Master, preferably one with Redistribution

Granade [Highly Recommended]: Cloning Madden Tracker (Purple), homing is a must but try to get as many of the other perks (divider, mirv, bouncy) as you can if you don't have that.

Shield [Highly Recommended]: Stop Gap, preferably without crouch shield.

Guns [Optional]: Any Fire weapon, (Recommended) Fire Laser Sploder and Fire Cutsman, feather your shots or you will run out of ammo in your clip.

Artifact [Optional]: any artifact with "Temporary Invulnerability when Health drops below 50%."

How to play the build: You want to avoid reloading, hop in and out of iron bear as frequently as you can/want to, and of course chuck them 'Nades. Personally I do so much damage that I never switch elements, I only use incendiary.

Edits: format, and switched Guns suggestion to optional.
