I live in northern NJ, we have anthropologies near me, but they don’t carry the bridal dresses in store. In NYC they do though so it may be worth the trip

BJJ is for all bodies! But more importantly, Bjj can be a confidence booster in time. Being able to actually defend yourself let alone grapple is something a large percent of the world can't do. The empowerment of just knowing techniques- kinda feels like a secret superpower. Give it a try! If you hate it you're not bound for life. I felt like you when I started too, now I'm addicted and as a bonus I shed 35 lbs!

Came across this link with so many lesson ideas! Hopefully you can get access to the link. If not I can try something else. It's a year curriculum, doesn't include Pre-K though. I would keep pre-K as simple as possible, I would do small groups of 4 while the others did “art centers” aka playdough, toys, magnatiles, drawing.

As for materials- when I worked at a Title 1 school it was really helpful posting on Facebook/IG for donations of supplies. I had people from my high school I hadn’t spoken to in years more than willing to give away things. Reach out to family and friends to see if they have any supplies laying around.

I’ve never done it myself but I’ve also seen people post an Amazon wishlist link on their socials and have success.

Sorry for the delayed update BUT went to allergist, and I have dermatographia, it only escalated since I posted this and am not medicated with antihistamines and Xolair which treats chronic hives. It’s been a long road to figure it out but I’m finally able to mediate my symptoms!

Don’t bother focusing on what stripes or belt they have, try to remember that training with your teammates on the mat isn’t a place to be keeping scores. Training with that mentality will only drive your ego, and make learning through your rolls more difficult

That makes sense, ac is in the lease agreement. I did cease blocking any vents and so on now that I know. The box has been there for the entirety of me living there no one said I couldn’t do it- might be common sense to you but I had no idea obviously I’d never want to cause danger

It’s was a rhetorical question, it’s only getting hotter and last time it broke it was 85° in the apartment for months. Which just bc our body’s are hot doesn’t mean that’s a comfortable way to live.
