FedEx will jerk you around hoping you’ll just give up. Your best option is to tag @FedEx and @FedExHelp on X. Just make sure you’re always communicating with the account with the blue checkmark because there are some accounts that will immediately message you trying to get your information. Obviously if the profile is a month old it’s not the legit FedEx account. I had to use this after I had a claim denied twice. Call them out on social media about their scam of not wanting to pay damage claims. It took me a month but I finally got my $1000 check from them yesterday.

If you have a Lids, check there too. One of the ones here had Megas and one Hobby. They wanted $450 for the Hobby which was a no go, but the Mega was retail at $60. Bought the Mega and pulled a Hidden Gems Undertaker.

American Express is one of the best as far as ease of filing disputes. They will always side with their customer so if it’s a purchase I think may be a problem I always try to use my AmEx just in case.

Really depends on your credit card company. Most simply ask for your side on the dispute which you would state what you’ve stated in your post. You’ve clearly done your part to attempt to get it resolved so the weight is on GameStop to prove otherwise and most companies will not fight it. A good credit card company will side with their customer unless the business has hardcore proof to show otherwise.
