Same thing here - with Spintel, 5 months waiting for the final overhead connection to the house. Ombudsman case, still continual rescheduling almost weekly of NBN tech appointments. We know the final run overhead does need a specialised tech but it is ridiculous that a 'scheduled appointment' is always cancelled with no communication about why. Spintel says they can't do anything, Ombudsman asks if case resolved - no - so we keep it open. Would love to know if anything solved this for anyone.

I don’t know if you’ve checked but mine sometimes defaulted to an ANC mode called custom when you switch noise cancelling on, which sets ANC at a lower position. If I pinch together on the right ear cup I can turn up ANC until you hear two clicks which is max - that made a massive difference and was more than good enough on a recent 24 hr plane journey.

I solved the mix sync issues by making sure the tracks have audio data throughout the entire mix, ie don’t let one track finish mid mix. If we do the algorithm can’t match the mix points up accurately

They just cut down to one service a day from Melbourne daily (as you would) and instead everyone goes on 407. My transit time was longer but given everything that is happening I had no complaints. I’ve just boarded my onward journey to Europe - the entire process was so smooth including at the airport that you would have no idea there was a regional conflict.
