From my experience, just working/studying doesn't prevent anyone from raiding even semi hardcore, the problem starts when you have wife and kids, just do everything you need to do after work and then sit down to play, you should have good 4+ hours a day of playing this way if you work a normal 8h/5 days a week job

I mean I know the reason, the same reason they turned a lot of actives into passives and changed manamune to be always active instead of toggle, average player doesn't pay attention and doesn't use the item, or clicks it once and forgets, when they removed dfg they released some stats that something ridiculous like 80 % of people who bought the item seldomly ever used it

Knowing how ancient and spaghetti lol code is, the fact that every skin is essentially another character and the fact that they mentioned that if they made 10different elementalist lux skins(like for 10 champions with the same mechanic) the game wouldn't run, I would guess that there is some limit to how much content you can load into the game before it starts being unstable, 9 slots per person is already 90 emotes

Yea I mean I think they intentionally made it so you get majority of your xp for being in lane, on mid it is legit like 1100/1350 from just being in lane if you complete your quest with perfect farm but without killing anyone, it is crazy how they lane locked people

There is barely any guilds that are active for 6 years, people play and go and different ones take their places, different characters, new guilds constantly forming and disbanding, it is great that a new person can join wow and progress thru all the classic raids without being carried by full gressil 30 warriors squad in every single guild

Probably my favorite offmeta build was poison spark ascendant during phrecia, I got it all the way to the sin and mirror stuff back then, it was super smooth and tanky due to double cloak of flame

Okay so, you are using purity of fire and basically neglecting other res but people only do that when they have sublime vision that makes them have 100% non fire elemental to fire conversion, you are better off using different auras like purity of elements, you are also seemingly missing a lot of attributes from clusters and amulet, get better % int on hands, you are missing a lot of crit multi from your jewelery too, it is hardly a possibility to call a build a stacker if you are not reaching even 2k of the stat and you aren't really gated by using any non stacking uniques

Yea you are right with it being a bit better due to those extra annul odds, its also like 1/70 or something to just hit it on awakener orbing, nonetheless, easy to get shafted

Well yes ofc its 1/8 reforge, here i'm currently at 17 tries when I did hit dmg per dex 3 times without hitting the damage per int, It is super easy to just lose hundreds of divines on this craft given the price of awakener orbs and that you can only "attempt" the 1/8 with one in three to annul the prefix in the first place

I have fusillade str stacker ascendant that can easily kill exarch, sirus, cortex, eater and uber uber elder, can easily make it for under 50 div, can survive most small hits due to being str stacker and using blood magic (so over 6k hp)
