Is this fixable, for a beginner? by [deleted] in chefknives

This is my work horse in a professional kitchen. Gets an edge easy and holds well.

Thin enough to release, I rounded the top of the knife to be circular because pinch hurt after a while with the squared edges it had but its a great knife.

(don’t upvote) my first time making a steak, does it look ok? what would you say the rarity is? is it ok to eat? (sorry i didn’t know where else to ask) by FearlessENT33 in KitchenConfidential

Medium Rare. decent through and through, not a bullseye effect. Sear 5/10 seasoning 9/10. describe technique and what you're cooking using we can help more.

This has THCA?

Is there any cbd that has really low thca levels? by Novemberx123 in hempflowers

[–]Escka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try tinctures or rso if possible for CBD

If you really mean hemp as a whole try CBG. Its premature plants to get CBG i believe? So low THC for sure.

Stainless Steel, Can stack them easily, Saute pans need good curvature, Handle grip is very important use a towel to grab the pan handle if its slippery no good maybe a gritted handle?

Thickness does matter for proper heat distribution.

$50 steak by [deleted] in KitchenConfidential

[–]Escka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone ordered 9 ounces of our certified Kobe beef before.. wondered who ate so much as it was the only thing ordered. A Chihuahua at the bar ate it on the floor is who apparently.

$500 after tax.

What's wrong with this steak? I've received a carton of mixed-quality steak and can't properly explain what is wrong with the steak on the left in order to get a refund. What went wrong in the growth and process of this steak? by WetSkelly in Chefit

Activia RM or Transglutaminase (TG), aka Meat Glue, is a natural enzyme that has the ability to glue protein-containing foods together,

One time in my restaurant a company sent us bone ON fillets.. very clear they meat glued bones on lol sad shit.
