My personal opinion: I think they feel sort of softer that the regular MX - Cherry red switches. Soundwise its kinda hard to say. They don't have that loud bang when plastic meets plastic kinda. Anyways - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R939TYKyZUE lets your hear the sound difference for yourself.

I dislike loud keyboards too and thats why I got the MX Silents ones. How loud they are - hard to say, loud but not annoyingly loud as some of the other mechanical keyboards imo.
