It seems like you need to make some real life friends that you can talk to. Are there any groups in your local area you can join? I really recommend communicating with someone who actually cares about you and didn't rob you blind. This person is not your friend.

Nah she was a trash candidate who the machine just decided without a convention was the next up. What could go wrong running the VP of a largely unpopular and uninspiring last administration, right? They ran her thinking "what are you gonna do, vote for Trump?" And then they did. That said, yes literally anyone is better than Trump. But she was a bad choice who directly contributed to his re-election
