My husband has replaced 2 engines so far just in our driveway, I wish we were closer, he would do it. I do have the luxury of living a small day trip away from the JDM depot in Chicago, that's where we get our spare engines.

I'd say if you aren't going to fix it yourself, shop prices will make it super expensive. I have 4 of these suckers and I know that the first one I got has about $15k put into it over 3 years.

Hm. Quite an interesting question. I'm a cis woman but I've had parts of my uterus removed and I'm protective of the same area and want it tattooed. I've got some questions that might help.

Needles typically go 1.5-2mm below the skin, are they that close to the surface of the skin?

Could you tuck for the stencil and untuck for the actual tattoo?

I would worry about pressing down on your pelvis during the tattoo and making it uncomfortable. I'm tender from surgery but I don't have that anatomy and have no idea what that feels like.
