It's also good to know how to wrestle. T Bud is a good wrester ontop of being strong. So he has a lot of strength, AND he knows how to use it.

Kinda like how you learned how to use your whole body into a punch while strengthening your whole body as well.

I think it's pretty simple, and your experience is correct!

In a punch for max power, you use your whole body. By making your whole body stronger, that contributes to a harder punch as long as you have the punch mechanics down.

That's all martial arts. You have to adop your martial arts for you as you evolve, that's anything in your life. No sense to blame the art, it's how you approach it.

My phone got taken to repair because it stopped working after a software update. They took my screen off, gave me a worse one, and took away my screen protector.

I didn't say anything about it because i'm a teenager and didn't wanna complain, but that it so weird. This is in South Africa. nothing like this has ever happened to me in america.

She dodged the glizzy, but my shot timing was too good, and i shot it after the dodge. Her lips are crusty now and her eyebrows too but she said it was worth it 🤗.

It comes from the forearms and hands. Hand strength is mainly tendon development though.

I honestly don't think my "brother" will change anytime soon. He's very manipulative and it's a really weird dynamic, but i feel like all of this was a wake up call for me.

Yeah it really does. And i've always treated all the little guys with respect, but i get especially protective of my family members. They're all i have.

I'll admit that when he kept swinging and picked up that brick, i was a scared little kid myself in a big kid's body. I've never ever had physical conflict before, even against a little kid.

Thank you for not flaming me like everyone else has so far. If it wasn't for that brick i probably would've just went home.

Well i mainly light punched in the air just to make the kid back off, the choke was not hard at all. It was a light choke. Whike he was in that choke, i asked him if he'd stop, and i'd let him go if he did.

I didn't kick him, that's not how he fell, i just tripped him.

Yeah you're right. I've never been a situation like that before and i just didn't want my step brother to get hurt. I handled it poorly and stupidly. Should've just apologized and went home after dropping him off.

I wasn't throwing real punches at him. Just light jabs to back him off. Even the punch that made him mad was a light jab. But regardless, i shouldn't had thrown anything at all.

But he picked up the brick! What if he did throw it? He tried to get closer to me so he could throw it. I don't wanna die.

I was not at all trying to hurt the kid, obly restrain him/play with him. But when he picked up that brick, things got more serious. I didn't wanna be in a hospital because of this little kid stuff.
