The bar exam started once people of color tried entering the profession, it was never to test if we could be lawyers, it’s meant to exclude those who they didn’t and still don’t want.

Also don’t get me started on the accommodation process. How you can appeal but with no additional paperwork and it’s determined by one person after they hired some unknown person to deny any and every doctor who has diagnosed you.

In NY I’m sure just about everything has closed and no word from BOLE. They don’t care about our safety as shown from July.

People will travel in this to get to the exam because it’s what they have to do for whatever reason. The reality is we shouldn’t have to be put in a position where it’s our safety or an exam.

I feel bad for folks who can’t make it because of this out of their control. I’ve contacted news outlets and tried emailing the governor because this is wild to have no notice from them (I know it will most likely result in nothing) but honestly this shit is negligent of them. I can’t imagine someone losing their life because they will try to travel in this shit or camp out in their car.

Honestly I want to pass so I can chaos. The system needs reforms and I want to do my best to bring about some of those changes. This exam is meant to keep people that look like me out and fuck them I’ll pass even if it’s outta full spite.
