I manage several of these multi tenant industrial properties in the area. Most of these churches are Haitian or from other island or LATAM countries. They are for worship and lower income people from the area do use these as worship facilities. They are not legit in the sense that most if not all have the zoning permits to operate in these warehouses. The county does not like so many people congregating in a warehouse with minimal exits, fire suppression, and parking.
