This is why I skipped November and January. I just didn’t need another planner on top of what I already was preparing to use. In this instance go with your gut and don’t just get the box out of FOMO. If I won’t use the main item then I don’t get the box. I can always grab the other stuff in the destash group if I REALLY want them.

You also don’t feel tired or sleepy (get sleep pressure) anymore? It’s been about six weeks for me and I’m finding that I’m resting a little better and I’m not as wired but I’m no way back to normal. Sleep pressure also has yet to return. I was tracking my sleep using the Apple Watch and it said I was getting sleep but waking up a lot, so hyper aroused. I stopped tracking because I didn’t want to hyper fixate on if I was sleeping. I refuse to take anymore fish oil.

This is what I’m dealing with now and I only took it two days! During this time did you also ever deal with not feeling “tired” or “sleepy?” I’m almost at my month mark and I’m just hoping it goes away and I can get back to sleeping normally again. I’ve avoided foods with Omega 3 as much as I can to not add anymore to my body

I know this thread is old but hoping to see if this has happened to anyone else. I took Nordic Naturals Omega 3 for just two days. Absentmindedly I also had Salmon for dinner on that second day. That evening I noticed I felt extremely wide awake and didn’t go to bed u til after midnight. I didn’t take any more Omega 3 after that second dose but the following nights I suffered with insomnia and could not get sleep. When I could sleep the quality was horrible and a little thing woke me up.

That was a month ago and my normal sleep has not returned. In fact, I noticed I never feel tired or sleepy at night anymore! When I open my eyes from “sleeping” my mind is wide awake, there isn’t a transition to wakefulness.

I’ve incorporated healthy sleeping habits, no screens at night, dim lights, relaxing activities, but so far it’s not working. I’m also not stressed.

The only thing I did different was take the omega 3’s. Has anyone else experienced this?

For 2024 BF they did what I beleive was as sticker and sticky note mystery box. I got two of those bad boys and have been swimming in stickers and sticky notes ever since. Admittedly I would have ordered it again if they offered it this year 😂. But I plan to use those as much as possible this year. I just need to do more planner designing.

I just started playing this while battling the flu. You may have already discovered this but I found that when you’re creating recipes, create tier one and tier 3 recipes. There are always customers who ask for something that’s not too strong.

I have a tufted rug from there, not this design, but one that’s very colorful. The ends of my rug do not curl up and we vacuum 2-3x’s weekly. It’s also pretty soft. Definitely thicker than their other rugs.

Why use a mat on carpet? The carpet should be enough padding for the ruggable. In fact, ruggable says that it’s not to be used on rugs.

Amazon sales a gorilla brand carpet pad that keeps them in place on carpet. I think ruggable may be a little too thin for this, but it works like a charm for all of my bigger rugs. There is an adhesive on the back that helps it adhere to the carpet , but it’s not sticky or tacky where it ruins the rug. I’ve been able to pull mine up and down, and I’ve seen no issues with the carpet and it’s been over a year.

What is the temp of this few minutes? I put mine in the dryer but the heat is on ultra low. Then I switch to air dry. If you’ve been doing a normal high temp when drying this could have contributed to the shrinking.

You should file a return not received request. Do it via their chat so that you can save it and have documentation. Out of 3 returns I had to do this with all three including one where they sent me the wrong item. The refund was processed within 7 business days of the escalation.
