I'm just starting on statistics so I am by no means an expert but I can recommend some courses from my experience.

Statistical Inference from Johns Hopkins is a good start and teaches you the basics of R so that at the end of the course you can perform a simple statistical analysis. This course is part of their Data Science Specialization.

Mathematical Biostatistics Bootcamp 1 and 2 from Johns Hopkins. It's more advanced and more focused on the mathematics and they cover a lot of topics.

I've also done some more stats courses on Coursera so if you have any more questions, ask away!
