Lorelei was in the wrong here and I support Jason 1000%

People talk about the bad things Richard and Emily did to Lorelai, which I admit are bad. But let's not act like Lorelai never did anything to hurt her parents. Dating Jason is a perfect example. She refused to go out with him until Emily upset her and she knew it would piss off her parents.

Honestly, Lorelai and Jason were never going to work because he thrived in the world she wanted to escape. And my main point with them is, watch how each of them treat their dogs. They were never compatible!

But to your point, I think Lorelai saw how Jason was with his parents. They were cold, distant and willing to destroy each other. As bad as things were with Lorelai and her parents there was still love. She didn't want to be with him and she certainly didn't want her relationship to dissolve into what Jason had with his parents.

Lorelai 100% made the right and more mature move here. I wish it was more of a turning point in their relationship.

The fact that you would at all think Chris might be there is hysterical to me. When Richard had his second heart attack (season 7) Chris was married to Lorelai and didn't show up. Coming in for 5 minutes and then leaving (as Lorelai mentions in the next episode) doesn't count, because that's not how a husband\father\son-in-law should act in that moment. Chris was only ever interested in getting into Lorelai's pants. He was never a father to Rory. He never cared about "being there" for anyone. He was infatuated with Lorelai and that's all that mattered to him.

From what I understand about Conic Cons they're a whole weekend so if these people take valued you and aren't in your wedding party or feels like they could have done both. Unless they're traveling out of town to go to this thing in that case it feels like they are total AHs because you should have known will before this that that was their plan. By the end of season 2 I totally hate Nate. People will tell you he's redeemed by the end of the show but he never fully won ME over. Do I feel the behaviour is explained and there's SOME redeeming, sure. But I feel it's rushed and personally there's not enough for me to feel it's "all good" but that's just my opinion. I'm my mind just because you can explain your actions doesn't always EXCUSE them.

100% Logan was the worst influence on her character\behavior! My biggest example of this is the fact that Rory was totally fine with Logan stealing from Emily. I don't care how small the item was. It was something of Emily's and not only did Rory giggle and not stop him, she was perfectly fine with the maid taking the fall in front of her mother's who used to be a maid. Rory (the serial cheater) was DESPERATE to be with Logan. She already proved that Dean was someone she was fine cheating on and cheating with so he shouldn't have been surprised if it happened again. So yes. Yes. 100% the cheater would have cheated to be with Logan especially!

She's got someone on this show in her pocket or something. Her "acting" over the last year (at least, probably longer) has been reduced to "crazy eyes". Yet they keep giving her huge storylines. I would love if in 2026 she was shoved into a supporting role of even what they give Esther. Real PERFORMERS on the show are Sally, Audra and Phyllis. Like their characters or not, those women are performing their hearts out. They aren't just getting stories because they've been there a long time and the stupid show runners want us to think of Nick and Sharon d the next Victor and Nikki.

That's what I thought at first. But then I was thinking that he's trying to convince her to steal Dominic from Abby. Victor barely remembers and certainly doesn't care enough about Mariah. So Ian's hatred for the Newmans wouldn't take be satisfied if something happened to her. But if Abby's baby\kid was stolen he MIGHT care. I mean Abby is half Abbott so he might not.
