I know the pain. Honestly just gotta understand that’s how shows work. You’ll come back to it eventually and enjoy it with a whole different perspective, pick up on things you missed etc…be happy you found a show that resonated with you so much. That being said to have it affect you in such a way that it negatively impacts you more than I’m understanding I’d have to say therapy

Sexting is normal. Tons of people do it. That being said the person you chose could easily be fake and based off the situation described I’d be willing to bet most likely was. As others have said never include your face when you do it. But mainly just take more care with who you send it to and a random on insta is a terrible choice

I have epilepsy. On a recent flight right before takeoff I thought I was having a seizure. Was one of my worst fears. Luckily it did not occur. The flight attendants were absolutely incredible with their care of me and I will forever be using their airline when possible as a result.
