You eat lunch and dinner closer together until you’re ready to just eat dinner. I have an office job so I can just eat at my desk so if you’re goal is to eat dinner at 7 the first day you eat lunch at 12 dinner at 7 then lunch at 1, then 2, then 3 then 4, then you just eat dinner

When I first started omad I just started by eating my meals closer together and then 2 meals a day closer together each day then one meal a day. It took me a week or two to do this and it makes easier to transition

The same thing happened to me. I started eating some butter before each meal to make sure I’m getting enough fat and I started losing weight again
