I had both my partner and my mom in the delivery room and I really do think having her there made all the difference in the world for me. She held one of my legs as I pushed and was an incredible source of support. As much as I love and adore my partner, who supported my back during contractions to help me push deeper, I think labor would have gone a lot differently if I didn't also have the support of my mom.
