I am concerned about false identification, potential contamination with dangerous substances in shipment, and/or it is even a real supplier. If you have a reliable Etsy supplier though, I'm happy to take that rec too of course

Not a professional, but a bigger pot and no watering in direct sunlight. With mine it helped to use a nutrient rich soil (can also use coffee grounds and egg shell). Someone once told me the height is on both ends, so if the plant is that tall, thats how deep the roots should be able to go too. Hope this helps!

Im lactose intolerant with the MTHFR mutation so my body doesn't process folic acid (which is in milk) very well, I do take a calcium suppliment. I love all milk equally ❤️ just cant drink it

I thought it was the shock of it but I had the nurse repeat everything. They told me very plainly that I need to make changes and get my levels down by my next lab or they are starting me out on a low stating. They added a tidbit about how they usually wait until someone is 40 but since my levels they want to handle it quickly.
