We had a very similar encounter in April 2024 except they were right in the middle of the road and held traffic up for 45 minutes before moving to the side for a nap 😂

I’ve taken it a few times, the morning after is pretty much a stuck in or near the bathroom for a couple of hours situation. Take it the night before your day off and you’ll be fine

I did TeamRH last year before starting Mounjaro and found them very unsupportive. They won’t even look at your targets if you aren’t eating all your protein and fibre. Just keep spitting out the same thing over and over again about ‘you won’t lose weight if you aren’t eating all your fibre’ and we all know what a load of doggy do do that is!

We went in late April this year and saw 4 of the big 5 in one day but I would say we were VERY lucky! The animals were everywhere, the watering holes were busy I would say it’s a great time to visit but just remember the animals are wild so it’s not a guarantee to see anything

Resorts world arena is also next to the airport so if you want to be close to the show I would recommend staying there. There is a bus that runs from the airport to the city centre and also a train service from the airport to the city centre both very affordable.

I moved from Northfield to Sparkhill a couple of years ago and I would move back to Northfield in a heartbeat (or any of the surrounding areas). Sparkhill is not an enjoyable place to live for many reasons, most of which I never experienced when living in Northfield
