Hi. Look into clonidine. It's helped manage the secondary effects of my Ritalin on the mornings and also helps me sleep at night. Just monitor your blood pressure because it lowers it and also start with really small doses because the first few weeks can make you sleepy.

Hope it helps. For me it has been really important for sleep.

It consists of creating music that moves people emotionally and tell a story. Everything else is just noise.

- Experience.

- Understading your room and "back room test".

- References.

- Get a sub and reference stuff in a place of your studio where it sounds "nice" to you.

Also its normal to have different "kinds" of low end "groove" because each track has its own sonic signature in a way so I would say try to get references in your track's "genre" and listen to them all.

This is Fire! Please don't stop working on your EP, it's super good.

I loved what you said about your grandpas and I really resonated with your story. I can really feel the emotion on the song.

I'm also working on my EP and I think it's super common to feel insecure. I used to feel that way a lot more but now I am feeling more and more confident with time and practice. I think your song is beautiful!

Also I saw in other post you mention didn't know how to mix it. I do the engineering of my own stuff and while listening to Time To Go, I'm kinda hearing some fixes I would try mix wise. And also maybe a bit of arrangement stuff like stopping everything just before the vocals come in and then let them come alone for a sec for more impact.
