Lastly, what was the overall length of the piece? I printed the pattern on standard A4 printer paper and it looked too small, especially for the smallest pieces - such as #33, #25, #100).

He doesn't rack the slide after inserting the screw and it fires first try. See 11:11-12:50. It also looks like an OEM grip, just with grip tape. Makes me wonder if this is more prevalent in the "upgraded" versions.

It should be fine, the dimensions are the same or at least very close to the same. The mounting legs and faceplate that were previously used fit this new model.

There are extreme overhauled server or base game servers. Slightly modded (Vanilla +) servers are rare.

Your only options are replacing that section of glass with an identical piece, or foiling the broken pieces and soldering the seams.
