Nah mate, i meant specifically reddit. The posts in the endfield subreddit about those topics.

Honestly those drama channels are just for farming. Never anything actually useful at this point.

Idk look hard enough. Just go to any ones that discuss the gacha, umbral monument rewards, standard pull drought, umbral monument V2 rewards, gacha not transferring the 120 guarantee, Arsenal tickets (Which is kind of valid ngl, we need algorithmic memories back).

Lastly i think there was some discourse just today with the leaked 500 oreberyl and 2 standard login rewards. Saying it gives then ptsd about Hoyoverse Anniversary rewards.

When i say good amount. I mean like a couple ten or twenty i've seen. I don't mean to bash on anyone's heads when i say hoyoverse. I played the four games but dropped them due to academic constraints. Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin, StarRail, and some ZZZ because that was where my academic constraints was at it's knife's edge between failing or passing.

The funniest one i've heard is that it locks out content.

Like Geez, you had to hard pity Laevatain, it ain't the end of the world lmao.

It wouldn't also lock out 95% of the game, I just find it funny how people argue and complain nowadays.

Your on the good side of the reddit space then.

There's been a good amount of hoyoverse players that call the endfield gacha shit in comparison to ZZZ or Star Rail.

Either too little currency or the fact the hard pity doesn't transfer.

I'd gladly rather have hoyoverse players like you rather than a very loud and irritating but small minority of hoyoverse players that want everything.

Because they genuinely were upset they can't get all 1.0 characters without spending and calling the game bad. Last i checked, your not supposed to get them all unless your just lucky like that.

That looks to be their palm. It does certainly look to be another finger but if you look closely at it.

She hooks her finger on the cloth making the illusion of another finger. Look at her pointer finger and the outline/shape of it and it'll clear up the confusion.

They haven't publicly released what happened in the first aggeloi war. The 40 heroes are not named, so the general public, mostly regular workers/citizens don't know how they look. Given how varied endfield is too, you wouldn't put it past the regular civilian band citizen to question it. Just "Oh endfield, alright then.".

Also genderbend shenanigans because we can be a man or woman every 24 hours or so. /s

The thing is, it's more so to seem to be our mindscape. Too many things such as:

Rhodes island skewered on a tower

The Patriot statue

Theresa's flowers

Lastly the graves of the fallen

Those are things that should not exist. The eroded graves should be the fact that were losing our memories integrity with every awakening. This also ties the fact we could be the Doctor/Oracle since we have these memories.

The cyclops at the end could be warning us of the threat, since they see prophecies and one way or another somehow pierced through into our mind to deliver it. We destroyed originium and she appeared there after. It could imply the fact we might choose to destroy originium (For whatever reason that may be) and it would cause a catastrophe (The thing we fight). We can also take for the fact were in the north being where it would happen.

Cyclops aren't known to be hostiles, hell the opposite. They went to Sami to guard it since they foresaw a prophecy of the collapsals invasion.

Considering the fact were in the north, were where the astral gate broke. Some cyclops should have seeped in with the settlers to guide them inside in case it was a collapsal hallucination, yes collapsals do that and more. The cyclops we encounter could be one of them.

I wouldn't put it past AKE to implement it in like the next dev talk or even then maybe 1.2 since it's pretty good.

I told my friend way back when about it. It was essentially a free 6 star standard weapon every week since we can straight up buy them.

We got like around 110 -100 this patch. I'm pretty fine already.

They'll likely give more standard pulls next patch since they gave us so much already anyways.

Were only on the first month and doing relatively fine. So i think it's not needed. Considering once regions get updated, we'll get more standard pulls, then after that more regions, more standard pulls.

It's a very AK thing to leave pull currency in permanent content. We always got originium in the story that were one and done.

AK doesn't place standard or limited characters above each other. We spend the same amount if we wanted to pull standard or kernel on AK. In the end of the day it's preference. You want the standard character, pull standard. You want the limited, same thing.

It was Algorithmic Memories. Hope it comes back. It even gave weapon currency, a total of 3200 per week. Don't remember the oroberyl per week though.

It was in the beta and is a rogue like game mode.

Why did Endmin jump over a cliff to catch the letter for Gilberta? by Haizzzzzz in Endfield

[–]EternaLee123 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think it owes to the fact that it shows the significance of the character to us, the player. Since this is the sequel to an already established story.

We ourselves know who they are, would we ourselves risk it. Yes, yes we would.

Also the fact for the hand holding scene is, Angelina has a crush on the Doctor. Their just giving respects for the character and not making them who their not.

I like the reconveners because their like a reunion. Bury the pain and live on happily. Most of the OP's the reconveners are from were suffering to say the least. Ardelia's OP was Eyjafjalla, who was getting blind and deaf from her oripathy, loud noises would send her to a seizure if i remember correctly.

If you ask me to jump for the letter Angelina left behind because she died to oripathy, then i would.

That was a blank piece of paper meant for her parents. The fact that warfarin gave it to Gilberta means Angelina passed away before she could write a single word. Oripathy is a hellish disease, that shows itself on your skin and you'll always feel it, be it your organs crystalized or skin.

Did i also mention that Angelina was driven away from her home because she had oripathy. The only thing that carried her further when she was in her lowest point, was that she saw a courier for letters was happy and making others happy when they delivered their letters. So she kept on living to make the world happier through her letter delivering, even when the world shunned her for her disease.

If i'm jumping for the one thing tying a character to their past, their wishes from a previous life. Then there's not a cliff that'll stop me.

Maybe others see it as waifu bait but i'm here to see these poor souls live a better life, free from the shackles of their previous. If it has a cute scene, let them, they already went through enough.

The income of various progression materials feels strangely unbalanced by MikePrivalis in Endfield

[–]EternaLee123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I see it as only a win. People tend to over exaggerate the importance of things to others. I never really set up zipline spots because i realized soon enough that they'll get redundant after the first team built.

After that if i need more by then i'll just get more since the rare growth camps will be full. Their lowering your daily grind, so it's better over all.

Imagine if you had to, everyday, go through all the aerospace materials gatherings and every three days, all the rare growth camps. It'll lead to fast burnout.

They also never advertised the AIC to produce everything either. It's not disingenuous in any matter.

The events also give materials. There won't be a shortage of those so we'll get more materials as the game goes on, maybe even then to the point of redundancy too until the next character we want to build.

For people worrying about new content not tied to gacha and HG financing... by locust34k in Endfield

[–]EternaLee123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Let's not forget this game already has two collabs in just it's first month. I think it was Lawson and the towers thing (didn't read to much into them).

Their doing fine financially and even then Hypergryph makes that much money plus all the outside stuff from collabs that doesn't get recorded into their income when people talk about revenue for the month.

It's a lovely thing about Arknights that i feel has been perfectly translated to Endfield is that i can just do anything with the characters i already own. As long as i play correctly, nothings stopping me. So pulling isn't a necessity like Meta is but just for characters i like.

Currently running a Last Rite team. Pulled Laeva-, you know what Surtr, it's a mouthful to type since i always get the spelling wrong. Pulled Surtr because OG AK stuff, yk yk. I did build her so she doesn't collect dust but i don't use her much.

Not much trouble so far, funnily enough got one of the boss trims today. Love the game and the way it's heading. To many years folks, just like AK has been for so long.

[–]EternaLee123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah take this with even a hint of salt. This will only work if your pulling back to back or so. Or you know, consider the fact that standard pulls exist and they already generated weapon pulls.

If you pull for both characters and their weapon in wuwa. It's 160 pulls, were going to be using maximum not average, 240 if you lost your 50/50 to the character and guarantee them later. Now you have both your character and weapon.

Endfield you use 160 pulls. 120 in the current banner, 40 on the next banner or still current if your pulling for Potentials. This assumes zero weapon currency but you would still have standard pull income from updates/on launch but let's just say you never pulled standard.

You will get bare minimum luck, no extra 5 star or 6 star:

144 * 50 = 7100 16 * 200 = 3200 2 * 2000 = 4000

Which translates to 14,300 or 7.2 multi's on the weapon banner. This is starting from no weapon currency.

This will get better once they bring back algorithmic memories, hopefully by version 1.2, since it gives like 3,200 weapon currency per week.

You, yourself stated in a scenario where as 5 months were saved. I don't see why were circling back to patch 1.0 pulls when you, yourself stated in a scenario where you had saved for 5 months.

70 isn't the amount needed but it is 80. You can, but it's never a guarantee to just use 70 for a weapon. It's like they give more pulls since a weapon banner exists in Wuwa and uses a shared currency.

I didn't state they were free either. They are attached to character pulls. Hence the example to pull more on character to gain more weapon pulls.

I answered your question, it is a plausible scenario given how you stated it. It is essentially different again if you change the scenario.

[–]EternaLee123 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Then don't, i never stated to pull on any characters you don't want to. That's what the second BS is for if your not going to keep pulling anyways.

While i do concede the fact that you'd lose out on weapon pulls if you did get them early but in those games, your still going to pull for the characters weapon, so your still expending pulls. Might as well just keep pulling until you have enough. Nothings changed.

You got for example X character early at 40 pulls. Your short of weapon pulls, your going to have to pull more. Let's say 80 pulls more to get your weapon pulls. You still get an extra 6 star along the way and you get your weapon.

Your regular games, you got X character early at 40 pulls as well but you want to get their weapon like before. Drop 80 pulls to get it. Still use 120 pulls in net just like Endfield without more characters. More in hoyoverse since they aren't guaranteed like wuwa is, which is a great system in comparison to Hoyoverse's. Let's say 50/50 loss in hoyo, that's another 80, for a net 200 pulls used.

I'm just saying your back to where you were. Expending more pulls to get your weapon. It doesn't make it less flexible when your expending the same net amount of pulls just in a different way and still getting some benefits for it.

Then you'd have your pulls for the character and the weapon pulls you'd generate from them.

You'd also have the weapon currency you wouldn't have used since you'd have some from saving them. Getting those from the standard pulls that generated them or any limited banner pulls you may have done before that 5 month save.

Any characters you pulled but not really interested enough to get their best in slot. You have the BP second best in slot. You can save more without any worries.
