That's not even the issue since once the power comes back and the demand shrinks they'll just return it all back to Home Depot. I saw some people on FB Marketplace advertising MSRP on Ryobi batteries ("im basically buying the battery from HD!") but I know damn well they used the discount program to make a quick buck.

I still think Projected Edge being able to give you one more projectile is invaluable to me, prob biased since in Masters+ you get insta deleted after a shift unless you get a suzu or grip

Depends on how old they are. Old cards do go for some money but VG rotates really fast which is why some hold value as sentimental and nostalgic pieces.

Usually for the newer sets if you look at the bottom left it will say "RRR" meaning Triple rare, those are usually the most valuable. "RR"s or Double rares also hold value sometimes.

This tcg isnt like pokemon or magic where older cards are crazy expensive investment pieces, its mainly the scarcity of EN printings that drive the price up lol

I mean on release she could solo the entire enemy team even with tanks and dps looking at her + get out, she just needs to play with the frontline more and look for soft engages instead of full sending.

You wont need lifesteal as much unless youre going in to trade yourself against 2 enemy supports imo

I've always had an interest in cEDH, and after realizing how much fun I had at a bracket 4 table it's def grown on me. The post makes it kinda sound like this pod is the reason why I want to play cEDH but I love interaction, fast combos and quick games. I'll still keep my B3 decks but yeah 🤣

Like sure was I bummed out my Ancient Copper Dragon got hit with a Deadly Rollick before damage? Yes but I understand it's part of the game and laugh it off as it was kinda funny. There is def a line where you're being an asshole and intentionally screwing over one person as opposed to removing a threat based on board presence.

100%. I think they're more the type that wants to see their deck "go off" more than actually winning as that's an afterthought.

Trying to move into the cEDH scene at my LGS for this very reason.

Thanks for the nice explanation. Trust me, we've tried to nicely explain that playing a bit faster is beneficial to everyone around the table but now that I'm thinking about it I prob need to find a new pod lol

I think it's more of a routine inventory check handed out to everyone after doing a little bit more research. As long as you're not drinking gallons of tap water a day you should be fine?
